chevron!

Chevron, chevron, chevron! It is everywhere and I cannot get enough! I received a gift card for Hobby Lobby from my dear friend for my birthday and wanted to spend it on a special project for the wee one. I used to have a semi-"girly" canvas painting above his bed and decided I need to boy-it-up a bit with his my favorite colors! (What does it say about me that my favorite color is gray? Don't answer that.) Let me just say, creating this template was not as easy as I imagined. The hubs had to step in and measure/cut tape/measure again. We he finally got just the right angle and it went much smoother from there!

Next, I painted it gray, of course.

Stenciled my saying and touched up my lines.

Voila! Done.
